|Recommended: YesI had a few non emergency maintenance issues come up during the pandemic, but decided not to report until the danger tapered off a bit. When I did put in my requests, all issues were handled well and in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesVery nice property The other Fairfield residential communities from the 2009 time period really look dated but Avanti looks great. Beautifully remodeled interior that really outdoes the original design.

|Recommended: YesThe staff here is excellent, especially the maintenance staff and the manager Efrain. He’s the busiest maintenance manager I’ve ever seen at a property but is always willing to go the extra mile to help fix whatever you’re having a problem with even if it’s after hours.

|Recommended: YesAvanti spartments — Too many cars not enough parking. Assigned parking would be more appropriate so you have parking when you come home. Parking in a garage is expensive but when you come home and there is no parking, it is good to have a space. Please discount for 2 garages especially because there is not enough parking.
